1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
2 Tbsp. Oil
2 - 8 ozPkgs Cream Cheese softened
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp. Vanilla

Preheat Oven - 300 Degrees
Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix.

In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Mixture will be crumbly; press into bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan.

In same bowl blend crew chesse, sugar, 3 eggs and reserved 1 cup cake mix. On low speed slowly add milk, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth.

Pour into crust

Bake at 300 degrees for 45 - 55 min or until the center is firm.
