1 clove garlic
1 stick butter
bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Combine a mashed clove of garlic with a stick of softened butter. Gradually add enough bread crumbs to form a paste. Spread mixture over the top and sides of the turkey and roast as usual. This works great on grilled turkey.
