5 lbs. russet potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2C mayonnaise
1/2C best food sandwich spread
1/2C sweet pickle relish
2Tblsp. vinegar
1Tblsp mustard for color
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

wash potatoes and boil them until they are fork tender, drain and let cool
cook hard boiled eggs [ do not over cook them], boil 10mins. let stand for 5 mins with a lid on, drain and let stand in ice water or 5 mins before peeling
Mix together the dressing ingredients, grate the hardboiled eggs into the dressing
Peel and chopped potatoes and stir into the dressing[ I use a potato masher to break up the big lumps] adjust seasoning and dressing amounts to your taste, cover and chill in the refrigerator for and hour or two before serving
