2 c flour
1/2 c margarine
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c white sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp molasses
*optional 1/2 c white sugar 1/2 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon in bowl. In another bowl mix sugar and margarine until fluffy, add molasses and egg then gradually mix in dry ingredients. Shape dough into balls. Roll in sugar and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
