2 cups water 1 Cup water
1 cup uncooked wild rice 1/2 Cup uncooked wild rice
2 teaspoons salt, optional 1 tsp salt
10 sliced fresh mushrooms 5 sliced fresh mushrooms
2 medium onions, chopped 1 medium onion
2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. butter


1/2 cup (give or take) of Salad toppers (Natural Source) from COSTCO.
(pumpkin, sunflower seeds and cranberries)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, bring water, rice and salt if desired to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until rice is tender.

2. In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Transfer to a large bowl. In same skillet, Add rice and salad toppers to mushroom mixture and stir until blended.

Serve!!
