Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I put these recipes together because Grandma made the best chicken soup and my very first food memory was when we first started going to dinner at Nana's she would serve a soup course with the liver dumplings. They were a favorite. I was told Nana's broth was Collagen, but I thought this could be fun to do together. I also took some license with the liver dumpling recipe this is Mrs. Grossinger's from her Cookbook dated the 1960's.
