Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 Packages (12 oz) Cranberries (Clean out all shriveled berries, as they will not jell----I find that the sooner I do these after purchase the less waste I have)
3 Cups Water
7 ½ Cups Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. I use a cone-shaped sieve with a circular-shaped piece of wood to press the cooked cranberries.
2. Put the cranberries in the water and boil for 10 minutes.
3. Press as much hot sauce through the sieve as possible.
4. Then put in the sugar and stir over low heat, and just bring to a boil. Remove from stove.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The original recipe was written when there were 18 oz of Cranberries in a bag, so I do 3 bags of the 12 oz and adjust this.
