2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
nuts optional

mix sugar and oil well, add eggs and beat mix flour and other dry ingredients sep. then add to egg mix, fold in carrots Bake in 13x 9 pan for 1 hour at 300. Top with cream cheese frosting
