1 15 oz. can pumpkin
1 32 oz. container light and fit yogurt
3 scoops whey (30 g. Premier brand Protein preferred)
3 cups Quaker oats, or 2 cups of Oat Bran
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger.
¼ tsp. powdered cloves

Directions:

Mix every thing together in a large bowl and refrigerate over night.

Makes 4 serving, 380 calories each.

Great for Breakfast.
