3 eggs
1½ cups sugar
1 cup oil (scant)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup water (room temp)
2 teaspoon baking soda (mixed with 2 teaspoons water)
2½ cups flour
2 large ripe bananas, smashed (with fork)
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º
Grease 9 x 13 baking pan
Mix together eggs, sugar and oil (beat together with mixer or by hand). Add vanilla and water. Mix together baking soda with 2 tsp. water. Add into mixture. Mix in flour and bananas. Pour ½ cup chocolate chips into batter. Pour batter into baking pan. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup chocolate chips on top.
Bake 45 minutes (check at 35 with toothpick or knife)
