1 Salmon filet
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup orange juice
4 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. red pepper flakes. (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove any bones from the filet and place into a shallow dish or gallon size resealable plastic bag.
2. in a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if used.)
Pour over salmon. Refrigerate and let marinate 30 minutes.
3. cook your salmon over a grill, in a large skillet, or to bake, preheat your oven to 375 º F. Line a baking sheet with
aluminum foil. Place salmon filet in the center and loosely wrap aluminum foil around to trap steam. Bake in the
preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
