˝ Cup Softened Butter
2 Eggs
Chocolate Cake Mix (add a bit of extra flour)
Small (or large) Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and spoon them onto cookie sheet.
2. Cook at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Take out and then put 4 mini marshmallows (or half of big marshmallows) on the top of each cookie. Put in oven for 2 more minutes. Take out and let cool. Frost each cookie with chocolate icing.
 

Chocolate Frosting


Ingredients:

1 Stick of Melted Butter
⅔ Cup Hershey’s Cocoa
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
⅓ Cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt Butter. Stir in Cocoa.
2. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating on medium speed to spreading consistency. Add more milk if needed. Makes about 2 cups.
