2/3 cup softened butter
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
350g bakers semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat butter, shortening, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
2. Add flour, baking soda and salt to mixture and mix well.
3. Stir in chocolate chips to mixture.
4. Drop dough by teaspoon full onto un-greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 375F for 10-12 min.
