4 cup warm water
2 tbsp yeast
3/4 cup & 3 tsp sugar
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine, melted or room temperature
10 - 12 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve 3 tsp sugar in warm water, sprinkle yeast over water. Let stand 10 min.
2. Beat eggs, oil, 3/4 cup sugar and salt until dissolved.
3. Combine yeast misture and egg misture in large bowl.
4. Add flour to wet mixture.
5. Before flour is completely mixed in add melted margarine.
6. Knead until no trace of margarine. The dough should be very soft, almost sticky to the hands.
7. Let rise about 1 hr then punch down and let rise again until double in bulk.
8. Grease cookie sheets. Make buns and place on sheets. Let rise until looks nice and full, approx. 2 1/2 - 3 hrs.
9. Bake for 20 mins at 350F.

In place of just warm water a mix of half milk and half water can be used.
