1 CUP SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
2¾ CUPS FLOUR
2 TSP GROUND METROPOLITENE TEA LEAVES
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP BAKING SODA
PINCH OF SALE

PREHEAT OVER TO 400ºF

BEAT BUTTER AND SUGAR TOGETHER UNTIL CREAMY.

BEAT IN EGGS AND VANILLA. GRADUALLY ADD BLENDED FLOUR, BAKING SODA, BAKING FLOUR, SALT AND GROUND TEA LEAVES.

BLEND WELL TO FORM SOFT DOUGH. REFRIGERATE FOR HALF HOUR.

ROLL OUT DOUGH TO ¼ INCH THICK ON CUTTING BOARD AND CUT WITH COOKIE CUTTER.

BAKE ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEET FOR 6 TO 10 MINUTES. COOL ON WIRE RACKS.

NOTE: MOM LIKE TO USE A COOKIE CUTTER IN THE SHAPE OF A SMALL TEA POT.
