1 LB TENDERFLAKE LARD
5 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP BAKING POWDER (HEAPING)
1 EGG
1 TBSP VINEGAR

BEAT EFF AND POUR INTO A MEASURING CUP ADD VINEGAR.

USING A PASTRY BLENDER MIX LARD, FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING POWDER UNTIL MIXTURE IS PEA SIZE.

ADD ENOUGH COLD WATER TO EFF MIXTURE TO MAKE ¾ CUP OF LIQUID AND BLEND WITH A KNIFE.

FORM INTO A BALL AND LET STAND IN FRIDGE BEFORE ROLLING.

DIVIDE PASTRY AND SHAPE INTO FLAT ROUND PORTIONS, WRAP IN SARAN WRAP AND THEN IN FOIL, PLACE IN FREEZER AND FREEZE UP TO 6 MONTHS.
