2 C. Long Grain Rice
1 Sm. Onion - Finely Chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic (Use Garlic Press)
2 T. Pepper
4 C. Water
5 T. Butter (5 Pats)
Oil (Just enough to cover bottom of pan)

Directions:
Directions:
In med. saucepan, add enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Add onion, garlic, pepper and rice. Saute until rice starts to tun white. Add 4 C. of water, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until tender or all water is gone. Add butter to top, let melt and mix well.
