2 bags of stuffing bread crumbs with seasoning packets
2 large onion, diced
1 whole celery stalk- diced
3 cans chicken broth
2 pkgs chicken giblets
2 sticks of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onion, celery and giblets in the 2 sticks of butter until translucent. Put a lid on and simmer for 30 minutes. In a large bowl, pour in the broth and seasoning packets and stir. Then pour in the simmering mixture and stir again. Add the crumbs and stir until just mixed. Place into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Cover with foil and cook at 400º for 40-45 minutes. Take of foil and cook ten minutes more.

Served every Thanksgiving. Some years we have switched giblets for ground sausage and simmered for only 20 minutes. Moist and delicious.
