1 chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
14 c. dry bread crumbs, cubed
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. ground sage
4 c. mashed potatoes
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter.

Crush bread crumbs. Place in large bowl. Add seasonings and butter/onion mixture.

Add the mashed potatoes to the mixture.

Add chicken broth. Only add enough to make a thick, moist consistency.

Bake 350º for about 1 hour.

My mom lost Grandma's original recipe and we tried to replicate it, with my Aunt Linda's help (her recipe). The sage and poultry seasonings are a guess-timation. This was a favorite of mine for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
