6 quarts of 1 inch cucumbers, sliced thin.
1 cup salt

2 quarts vinegar
9 cups sugar
¼ cup white mustard seed
1 T. Celery seed

4 green peppers, sliced thin
2 medium onions, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Let sliced cukes stand for 3 hours with 1 cup salt and enough water to cover in a large bowl.
Drain.

Boil together in a large pot vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.

Add cukes, peppers and onions. Boil for 5 minutes.

Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
