3 T spry (Crisco)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
5 T water
3 eggs beaten
3 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves (ground cloves)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups of raisins and nuts (Not sure if she means 1 1/2 cups of each or all together, but you can't go wrong with too many nuts or raising as far as I'm concerned)
Add more flour if needed.

Cream Crisco and Brown sugar
Add rest of ingredients and spread on 2 cookie sheets
Bake for 15-20 min
Does not give a temp, but most are at 350 degrees. I'm guessing that you cut these into squares when cooled and add a glaze of powdered sugar mixed with milk
