1 chopped onion
4 celery stalks - diced
2 pounds ground beef
1 bag frozen corn
1 cup water
1 diced green pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound elbow macaroni
Crushed red pepper - to taste
Butter

Sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbow macaroni per the package instructions, strain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a large pot.
Cook the frozen corn per the package instructions, strain.
Saute the onion, green pepper, and celery in a small amount of butter.
Add the browned ground beef, corn, and cooked elbow noodles.

Reduce heat


In a small bown, mix the sauce ingredients together with a wisk. Feel free to add hot or BBQ sauce to taste.

Add sauce to the pot and continue warming on a low heat.

Feel free to use / substitute anything you have on hand to make this dish. If you are not a fan of peppers, feel free to utilize squash or tomatoes as an example.
