1 package Tarhonya noodles
2 small cans College Inn chicken broth
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper


Directions:
Directions:
If you have ever made Rice-a-Roni, this recipe follows the same directions.

In a large pot, melt the stick of butter.
Add the tarhonya noodles and salt & pepper.
Pan fry the noodles until golden.
Add the 2 cans of chicken broth.
Bring to a slight boil, reduce heat, continue stirring until all liquid is absorbed.

Fabulous as leftovers so feel free to double the recipe!

We generally make Tarhonya on Thanksgiving Day, however, it is a delicious side dish anytime you are serving poultry.
This was one of your Uncle Jeff's absolute favorite dishes, he was always the "taste-tester"!
