2 1/4 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
1 cup bananas
1/4 teaspoon Banana extract
Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 4 ingredients together. Mix shortening with the next 3 ingredients until creamy. Mix in chocolate and extract then mix in flour mixture alternately with bananas. Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 1/2" apart onto parchment paper. Bake 12-15 min. at 400º
