2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 cup old fashion oats
1 heaping cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts




Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. line cookie sheet with parchment.
Mix flour, baking soda and salt and set aside.
Cream melted and cooled butter and sugars.
Add cinnamon, egg, yolk and vanilla beat for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in flour till blended.
Add Oats, nuts and raisins.
Drop by 1/4 cup full on cookie sheet.
Bake 18 minutes till edges slightly browned.
