Ingredients:  
2 cups sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 t. Baking soda
2 t. Baking powder
½ t.cinnamon
½ t. Salt
4 eggs, very well beaten
¾ cup butter, melted
1 cup chopped nuts

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese softened
6 T butter
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Cream
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs, pumpkin and butter.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nuts.
Mix.
Put in buttered and floured 7x11 jelly roll pan...I use a 9x12 pan.
Bake at 325º for 25 -30 minutes.

Frost when cool.
