1 ¾ cups of Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Cornmeal Mix
2 ½ cups Kroger Buttermilk (whole milk type)
¼ cup vegetable/ canola oil
12 inch pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º
2. Place vegetable/canola oil in pan
3. Place pan in oven for approximately 5 minutes
4. Mix the cornmeal mix and the buttermilk together.
5. Remove the pan from the oven
6. Pour mixture into pan and bake until bread is a golden brown.
7. May have to brown the top of the bread under the broiler.
