½ c. shortening
1 egg
½ c, sugar
½ c. honey
1 c. coconut, shredded
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. flour
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 8x8 pan. Combine sugar, honey, egg and shortening together. Add remaining ingredients. This is a bar cookie so fill pan with mixture. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
