1 gallon fresh cucumbers (about 4 inch)
1/3 cup instant minced onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp mustard seed
6 heads dill
1 1/2 quarts water
2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup canning salt

Directions:

1. Place pickle in jars or pales that seal tight

2. Boil liquids and seasonings to dissolve the salt, then cool

3. Pour over pickles then let sit on counter for three days, shaking or turning them occasionally

4. Refrigerate, they will keep for one year
