Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons (good) vanilla
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 cups ground walnuts or pecans (I pulse them in my food processor)
1 - 14-ounce package of Hershey kisses
Powdered sugar for dusting the cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together. Gradually add flour until well blended. Stir in ground nuts, chill dough in the refrigerator. Mold about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough around each chocolate kiss, covering candy completely. Cookies may hold their shape better if refrigerated for 10-15 minutes prior to baking. Bake at 375º, convection oven, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. When completely cool, dust with powdered sugar.
