1 1/2 lbs. of ground beef
1 small can (4-oz) of green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup tomato juice
1 family size bag of Fritos
8 oz. shredded cheddar/cheddar jack/Mexican blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, sprinkled with salt (and some chopped onions, if desired), cook thoroughly, and drain. Add the chopped green chilies, soup, and tomato juice to the beef mixture and heat till warm. Crush the Fritos, and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish or casserole pan. Pour the meat mixture over chips, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and then heat in a 350-degree oven until all cheese is melted, then serve.
