4 -5 cups of Fresh peaches from the orchard if possible (do not use canned peaches)
If you cant get peaches fresh use organic frozen ones (4 - 10 oz bags of frozen bags fresh sliced peaches)
1 -1/3 cup white sugar
If you want to use brown sugar use 1-1/4 cup
1/4 Karo clear syrup Optional
2 Tablespoons vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoon corn starch to thicken
2 pie crust pillsbury ready made
Cinnamon to taste
Egg yolk to paint on crust

spray your 9 by 13 inch pan Unless its non stick. place two pie crust on bottom. Cut the other two up into strips, Pour the peaches into the pan and place the strips on the top you do not have to lattice the strips ust up down and across. beat egg yolk and brush on top of cobber bake at 350 degrees for 35 -40 minutes or until golden brown.
