1 bag chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. cocoa powder
1 stick soft BUTTER (½ cup)

Double for 24 cupcakes or 9x13 cake
Directions:
Directions:
In the microwave melt the chocolate chips. Add the whipping cream and stir well. Refridgerate until cool and firmed up a bit. Spoon into a mixing bowl, whip (or beat) in cocoa powder and butter until fluffy!
Use immediately, as it will stiffen a bit when the cake is stored in the fridge.
