Ingredients:  
1 large can tomatoes, drained
1 large can green chiles, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups old English Cheese(1-lb.)
½ cup canned milk(6 oz.)
2-3 T. Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and garlic til yellow. Add tomatoes and cook
until onions are tender. Add chiles and salt to taste. Add milk and cheese and cook on low heat til cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips. A crock pot works very well.
