Take chicken off bone. Set aside.
Cook celery, onion, pepper, in chicken stock.
Add tomatoes, sauce, rotel, and pimemtos.
Add salt and pepper to taste..
Add chicken and cook slowly 1 hr.
Preheat oven to 350
Cook spaghetti, rinse, drain.
Bake in greased casserole(large) in layers.
Spag. meat, cheese. REPEAT
Bake 350 30 min. til cheese is bubbly.
