2 c flour
¾ c Crisco
½ c cold water
1 ½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour and salt. Add Crisco. Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender or using 2 knives. Continue cutting until have pea sized chunks. Add water and mix until dough forms. Let dough sit for 5 minutes. Divide into two balls. Roll onto a clean floured surface with a floured rolling pin. Roll into the correct pie size for pan. Fold into fourths and carefully place in pan. Fill with desired pie filling.
Roll out second ball of dough for top crust the same as bottom. Fold into fourths and place on top of filling. Fold edges over bottom crust and crimp edges. Bake according to recipe.
