1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
1 egg
1 cup salad oil
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup crushed corn flakes (measured after crushed)
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 1/2 cups flour
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla

After mixing everything together, refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. From into balls and flatten with fork dipped in water. Bake at 350º. Makes 8 dozen and these cookies can be frozen.
