2 cups Sweet Potatos
2 eggs
3/4 cup oleo
1 cup milk
11/4 cup sugar

Topping:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup Corn Flake Crumbs
1/2 cup pecans
3/4 cup oleo
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cooked sweet potatos, eggs, oleo, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together and bake in a 9x9 dish at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until firm.

For the Topping

Combine Corn Flake Crumbs, pecans, melted oleo, and brown sugar. Spread over the top of baked sweet potato mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
