24 Chocolate creme-filled cookies, crushed
3 T. Butter, Melted
FILLING:
1 (8 ounce) Package cream cheese, softened
12 ounces High quality white chocolate, melted and cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cookies and butter.
Reserve 2 table spoons cookie mixture.
Divided remaining cookies evenly among 24 mimi muffin cups. Press down into bottom of each cup.
Beat cream cheese in smaller bowl at medium speed until creamy. Add white chocolate, mix well.
Divided evenly amoung 24 muffin cups on top of the cookie. Sprinkle with remaining cookie mixture and freeze.
