1 ½ tsp baking soda
3 ½ tsp cream of tartar
⅔ c. butter flavored Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. mashed, ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. banana extract

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix in remaining ingredients. Bake in bread pan at 350º for about 45-60 minutes or until toothpick is dry.
