1/2c low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
1/2tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 ilb boneless chicken breasts
salt
pepper
2 (8oz) blocks of cream cheese, cubed
2 1/4c shredded cheddar, divided
8 slices of bacon crumbled
Chopped chives for serving

Directions:

Pour chicken broth into 4 qt slow cooker and stir in parsley, chives, dill, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add half the chicken and season with salt and pepper. repeat with remaining chicken. Stir to coat chicken and set on low for 6 hours or high for two.
Using two forks, shred the chicken in the slow cooker. Stir in cream cheese and 2 cups of cheese until melted.
Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese, bacon and chives before serving.
