1 lb. frozen California-blend vegetables
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain vegetables. Combine with soup, 1/2 c. Swiss cheese and 1/2 can of French fried onions in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 F. for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
