1 lb. chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
1/4 c. butter
2 T. oil
1 can mushrooms
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. marsala wine
Garlic powder
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and oil in large skillet. Dip cutlets in flour, sprinkle with garlic powder and add to the hot oil and cook on medium heat until golden brown; remove from skilletand place in a baking pan. Add mushrooms to skillet and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the water, marsala wine, scraping bottom and sides of pan. Bring to boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Pour mushroom sauce over chicken, cover and bake at 350 F. for 30 minutes.
