Dash of salt
1/2 c. rice
1 qt. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a rolling boil, milk, water, salt and rice; turn to simmer, stirring frequently and cook for about 45 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla; slowly add to the cooked mixture and cook for another 10 minutes. Pour into a hot proof bowl and refrigerate.
