2 c. dry elbow macaroni
3 qt. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. ham, diced
1/4 c. parsley, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped finely
1 small onion, quartered
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 egg
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. In a large skillet, saute (in 2 T. water or olive oil), the ham, parsley, celery, onion and green pepper. Add to the macaroni. Beat together the egg and black pepper; mix into the macaroni until blended.
