1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1-3/4 c. flour
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
Confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and almond extract; add coffee powder, cocoa, flour and mix well; then add nuts. Shape into 1" balls and put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 F. for about 15 minutes. Cool on racks. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
