4 red delicious apples
2 - 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. cream
2 T. ginger preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Core the apples and cut into thick slices; leave the skins on. Arrange in a fan shape on a serving plate. Whip the cream cheese with a little cream and blend in the ginger preserves. Heap the cheese mixture in mound beside the apple slices.
