1 jar sauerkraut with juice
1 medium chopped onion
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar or white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sauerkraut for 30 minutes with water.
Brown onion in bacon grease. Add 1 Tbsp flour and brown. Add the sugar to the sauerkraut, when sugar is dissolved add onion mixture and heat.
