¾ c. sugar
1 Tbsp. (1 envelope) unflavored gelatin
¼ c. water
1 stiffly beaten egg white
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
¼ c. mayonnaise
1 (9 oz.) (1 c.) pineapple tidbits, drained
½ c. seedless white grapes
½ c. broken California walnuts

Directions:
Combine sugar and gelatin, stir in water, and bring just to boiling. Pour slowly over beaten egg white, beating until thick, about 5 minutes. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, them mayonnaise and remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 quart mold. Chill 3-4 hours or until firm.
