½ cup shortening
½ cup brown Sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 beaten egg
1 TBSP water
½ tsp vanilla
¾ cup flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups oats
1 ¼ cups raisins, chocolate chips or peanuts

Directions:

Cream shortening & Sugar. Add beaten egg Add water & vanilla. Sift Flour, soda & salt then add Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-10 minutes.
